Janet Gray (chair, CARP Ottawa) from the Canadian Association of Retired Persons, Jim Bishop (chair of the Government Relations Committee) of the Funeral Service Association of Canada along with Robert Frelich (director, identity policy and program directorate) and Anik Dupont (director general, identity policy and program directorate) from Employment and Social Development Canada provide additional testimony.
