Senators hear both concerns about and support for the bill from the following witnesses: Manitoba Labour and Immigration Minister Erna Braun; Canadian Bar Association representatives Michael Mazzuca and Noah Arshinoff; Len MacKay, president of the Association of Justice Counsel; longtime CUPE member Marc Roumy, and union organizer Ken Pereira, who was a key witness at the Charbonneau Commission. (April 23, 2015) UPDATE: Bill C-377 received royal assent on June 30.
