Christine Duhaime, who has a specialized counter-terrorist financing and anti-money laundering law practice, discusses the ineffectiveness of Canada’s counter-terrorist financing regime.
The committee then hears from Lorenzo Vidino, director of the program on extremism at George Washington University’s Center for Cyber and Homeland Security. He speaks about Europe’s experience when it comes to counter-radicalization and also about the growth of the Muslim Brotherhood in the West. (May 11, 2015)
