Appearing during the last hour of the meeting are the following witnesses: Balraj Deol (editor of a Punjabi weekly newspaper), Dr. Bal Gupta (chair of the Air India 182 Victims Families Association) and Gurdev Mann (president of the North York Sikh Temple).
