Michael Doucet, executive director of the Security Intelligence Review Committee, testifies as the committee resumes its hearings on Bill C-51. Senior officials Geoff Leckey and Caroline Weber (Canada Border Services Agency representatives), Mark Glauser and Leeann McKechnie (both with Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada) and Cathy Hawara and Alastair Bland (Canada Revenue Agency representatives) also discuss the government's anti-terrorism legislation.

Appearing during the last hour of the meeting are the following witnesses: Balraj Deol (editor of a Punjabi weekly newspaper), Dr. Bal Gupta (chair of the Air India 182 Victims Families Association) and Gurdev Mann (president of the North York Sikh Temple). (May 25, 2015) UPDATE: Bill C-51 received royal assent on June 18.
