Siobhan Harty, Brad Recker, Denis Martel, Scott Vasudev, Andrew Brown, Charles Philippe Rochon, Nathalie Théberge, Thomas Owen Ripley, Margaret Hill and David Charter discuss provisions such as enhancing the universal child care benefit, enacting the Federal Balanced Budget Act, and increasing the maximum amount of compassionate care leave. (May 27, 2015) UPDATE: Bill C-59 received royal assent on June 23.
