Senators continues their study of the proposed Canada Pension Plan enhancement, with testimony from Alexandre Laurin, director of research for the C.D. Howe Institute, and Herb John, president of the National Pensioners Federation.

The committee proceeds to clause-by-clause consideration of Bill C-26 after hearing from the witnesses. (December 8, 2016)

UPDATE: Bill C-26 received royal assent on December 15.
