Marie-Claude Landry, chief commissioner of the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC), takes part in the committee's study of human rights of prisoners. The Commission has concluded that Canada is failing to ensure fundamental human rights as it seeks to rehabilitate offenders. Fiona Keith, legal counsel for the Commission, also testifies, along with Tabatha Tranquilla and Marcella Daye, two of CHRC 's senior policy advisors. (June 14, 2017)
