Human Rights – September 27, 2017

The committee holds a special hearing on the Rohingya crisis in Myanmar. Hundreds of thousands of the Muslim minority group have fled to neighbouring Bangladesh amid Myanmar’s military crackdown. The committee meeting comes one day after the House of Commons’ emergency debate on Myanmar.
