Adam Hatfield (acting director general of Public Safety Canada's national cyber security directorate) discusses cyber security as it pertains to Canada's financial and commercial sectors. Chief Superintendent Scott Doran (director general of the RCMP's federal policing criminal operations) provides an overview of the force's mandate, role and responsibilities, as well as law enforcement initiatives with respect to addressing cyber crime in Canada and the financial sector. His colleague Superintendent Mark Flynn (director of cybercrime at federal policing operations) also testifies. Charles Lowson (director general of counter intelligence and counter proliferation at CSIS) discusses the role of the agency in relation to cyber security.
