Senators continue their study of Bill S-202, an act to amend the Divorce Act concerning shared parenting plans. Participating in the study are law professors Nicholas Bala (Queen’s University) and Alain Roy (University of Montreal), and Barreau du Québec representatives Arianne Leblond (lawyer in the Secretariat of the order and legal affairs) and Jocelyn Verdon (chair of the family law committee).
