The committee continues its study of Bill S-202, an act to amend the Divorce Act concerning shared parenting plans. Forming the first panel are lawyers Carey Linde and Barclay Johnson and former Liberal MP Roger Gallaway.

Forming the second panel are John-Paul E. Boyd (Executive Director of the Canadian Research Institute for Law and the Family), Marie-Christine Kirouack (Past President of the Association des avocats et avocates en droit familial du Québec), and Pamela Cross (Member of the National Association of Women and the Law).
