Transport and Communications – March 21, 2018: Representatives from Canada’s maritime industries discuss provisions in the Transportation Modernization Act, Bill C-49, related to sea shipping, empty shipping containers, ports, and more.

Participating in the study are Karen Kancens (Shipping Federation of Canada), Rob Ashton (International Longshore and Warehouse Union), Bruce Burrows (Chamber of Marine Commerce), Sarah Clark (Fraser River Pile and Dredge), and Martin Fournier (St. Lawrence Shipoperators).
