Health Minister Defends Minimum Age for Cannabis Use

Social Affairs, Science and Technology – March 28, 2018:

The Social Affairs Committee has its first go at studying the government’s legislation to legalize marijuana, Bill C-45, with Health Minister Ginette Petitpas Taylor. Health and Justice Parliamentary Secretary Bill Blair appears alongside her.

Also appearing at the committee are Health Canada’s John Clare and Eric Costen, as well as the Department of Justice Canada’s Paul Saint-Denis and Diane Labelle.
