Cannabis Bill: International Drug Control Conventions

Foreign Affairs – March 29, 2018:

Senators hear testimony about the possibility of legal cannabis contravening international conventions on the rights of children and drug control.

Participating in the study on Bill C-45, the Cannabis Act, as it relates to Canada’s international obligations are the University of Cambridge’s Bruno Gélinas-Faucher, the University of Saskatchewan’s Dwight Newman, and the Canadian Coalition for the Rights of Children’s Kathy Vandergrift.
