Social Affairs, Science and Technology - April 19, 2018: Doctors, public health groups, addiction services, and school board associations speak on the issue of youth cannabis consumption, harm reduction programs, and more during the committee’s study on Bill C-45, the government’s legislation to legalize cannabis.
