Legal and Constitutional Affairs - May 3, 2018: Representatives from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Transportation Safety Board of Canada speak on Bill C-46, an act to harmonize impaired driving laws with the government’s proposed cannabis laws. Participating in the study are the RCMP’s Chief Superintendent Wade Oldford and Gillian Sayer; the Transportation Safety Board of Canada’s Kathleen Fox; Georgetown University School of Medicine’s Gary G. Kay, as well as Altasciences Clinical Research’s Graham Wood.
