Legal and Constitutional Affairs – May 23, 2018:

Before senators begin their marathon clause-by-clause review of Bill C-46, an act to harmonize impaired driving laws with the government’s proposed cannabis laws, they hear testimony from Queen’s University law professor Don Stuart.

Assisting in the committee’s clause-by-clause review are the Department of Justice Canada’s counsels Joanna Wells and Greg Yost.
