Foreign Internet Advertising: Francophone Language & Minority Media

Transport and Communications – May 30, 2018:

Representatives from Canada’s francophone and minority ethnic media industries participate in the committee’s study on the study on the deductibility of foreign Internet advertising, as it relates to protecting Canada’s journalism industry.

Appearing before the committee are the National Ethnic Press and Media Council of Canada’s Thomas S. Saras; the Association de la presse francophone’s Linda Lauzon and Francis Sonier; the Alliance des radios communautaires du Canada’s François Côté; as well as Magazines Canada’s Matthew Holmes.
