Minister Wilson-Raybould Defends Criminal Code Revisions

Legal and Constitutional Affairs – June 20, 2018:

Justice Minister Jody-Wilson Raybould faces questions over Bill C-51, government legislation to clean-up the Criminal Code of redundant, obsolete, and unconstitutional provisions, as well as clarify and bolster sexual assault provisions.

Appearing alongside the minister is Department of Justice Canada’s Carole Morency, director general and senior general counsel for the criminal law policy section.
