The witnesses are Jean-Luc Urbain (the president of the Canadian Association of Nuclear Medicine (CANM)), Edward Lyons (the president of the Canadian Association of Radiologists (CAR)), Jacques Lévesque (the vice-president of CAR), François Lamoureux (the president of the Quebec Association of Nuclear Medicine Specialists), and Karen Gulenchyn (from Hamilton Health Sciences and St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton).

The witnesses are questioned by committee members Carolyn Bennett (Liberal), Paule Brunelle (Bloc Québécois), Nathan Cullen (NDP), Bradley Trost (Conservative), Navdeep Bains (Liberal), and Mike Allen (Conservative), among others.
