The witnesses are Steve West (the president of MDS Nordion), Jill Chitra (the vice-president of Strategic Technologies), Michael Duguay (from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Université Laval), and John Waddington (a nuclear safety consultant speaking as an individual).
