Industry, Science and Technology (February 3, 2011)

CRTC chair Konrad W. von Finckenstein and Len Katz, vice-chair of telecommunications, testified on the commission's controversial decision on Internet usage-based billing. W. von Finckenstein told the committee that the CRTC will delay the implementation of its decision by at least 60 days and that it will also review the ruling.
