Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics (November 24, 2011)

CBC President and CEO Hubert Lacroix testified as part of the committee's hearings into the access to information dispute between the public broadcaster and the federal information commissioner. Legal counsel Maryse Bertrand also responded to questions.

The day before Lacroix's appearance, the CBC lost its federal court appeal to withhold certain uncensored documents related to journalistic, creative and programming activities.
