Status of Women (April 23, 2012)

RCMP Commissioner Bob Paulson appeared before the committee to discuss the force’s internal allegations of sexual harassment and bullying.

Paulson spoke the about the culture of the organization and his plans to change policies to further protect female officers. He also responded to questions from MPs on topics including the reporting process for allegations of harassment and the need for increased disciplinary measures within the force.
