Immigration Minister Jason Kenney is questioned over Bill C-43, which aims to accelerate the removal of foreign criminals from Canada. The minister also presents the guidelines for a new ministerial power, which is contained in the bill, that would allow him to bar certain people from entering Canada for "public policy considerations".
