The committee continues with its annual pre-budget consultations.

The following witnesses offer their recommendations during the first part of the meeting: Barry Blake (Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists); Susan Eng (Canadian Association of Retired Persons); Gabe Hayos (Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants); Richard Paton (Chemistry Industry Association of Canada); Kim Allen (Engineers Canada); and Tangie Genshorek (Kamloops Homelessness Action Plan).

MPs hear from the following witnesses during the second part: Warren Everson (Canadian Chamber of Commerce); Adam Awad (Canadian Federation of Students); Marie-France Kenny (Fédération des communautés francophones et acadienne du Canada); Pierre Gratton (Mining Association of Canada); and Elizabeth Aquin (Petroleum Services Association of Canada).
