Public Safety Minister Vic Toews briefs committee members on Bill C-51, which amends the federal witness protection program to make it more efficient and secure. His testimony launches the committee's study of the legislation. RCMP Assistant Commissioner Todd Shean also responds to questions. The witness protection program is run by the national police force.
