In Committee from the House of Commons - Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics - December 10, 2013

New Democrat MP Charlie Angus presents his motion calling on the committee to investigate the reappearance of emails belonging to former Prime Minister's Office legal advisor Benjamin Perrin. The Privy Council Office had previously informed the RCMP that Perrin's emails had been deleted, as is standard procedure, when he left the PMO in March. The RCMP alleges that Perrin was involved in the deal between Nigel Wright, Prime Minister Stephen Harper's former chief of staff, and Senator Mike Duffy.
