The panel consisting of Robert Orr, assistant deputy minister of Operations, David Manicom, director general of the Immigration Branch, Angela Gawel, director general of the International Region, and Ryhan Mansour, manager of economic and social services under the Settlement Program speak on a variety of issues including marriages of convenience, sponsor spousal abuse, and more.
