Infrastructure Minister Denis Lebel presents his department’s 2014-2105 main estimates. The minister is asked about issues such as progress on the new bridge for the St. Lawrence that will replace the existing Champlain Bridge in Montreal and the $53 billion New Building Canada Plan. The latter is the largest long-term infrastructure plan in Canadian history and will provide funding for provincial, territorial and municipal infrastructure over the next decade. (March 25, 2014)
