Farber and Mitchell J. Goldberg, Jewish Refugee Action Network (J-RAN). The witnesses speak on how the bill will affect refugees and go over the bill’s measures that deal with the revocation of citizenship, the intent to reside in Canada, and the ability to speak one of the official languages. (May 12, 2014) UPDATE: Bill C-24 received royal assent on June 19.
