International Trade Minister Ed Fast testifies at the committee’s review of the Conservative government’s Global Markets Action Plan. Minister Fast speaks on the government’s successful efforts in increasing trade related jobs, explains the importance of economic diplomacy, and highlights Canada’s new free trade agreements with the European Union and South Korea. Helping the Minister with the questioning on the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME) Advisory Board is Susan Bincoletto, chief trade commissioner and assistant deputy minister for International Business at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada.
