In Committee from the House of Commons - Transport, Infrastructure and Communities - June 10, 2014

The committee continues its study on the transportation of dangerous goods and safety management systems. Dan Adamus and Mark Rogers from the Air Line Pilots Association, Craig Blandford and Ed Bunoza from the Air Canada Pilots Association, and John McKenna and Michael Skrobica from the Air Transport Association of Canada, discuss safety management systems in aviation. SMS help companies identify safety risks before they become bigger problems. Transport Canada regulations require the aviation industry to put SMS in place as an extra layer of protection to help save lives. (June 10, 2014)
