A trio of senior House of Commons officials testify as MPs continue to discuss the NDP’s use of parliamentary resources. Deputy clerk Marc Bosc, deputy law clerk Richard Denis and House chief financial officer Mark Watters brief the committee in light of the Board of Internal Economy’s recent decision regarding mass mailings. The Board ruled that the NDP had violated rules and must repay the cost for nearly two million mailings that were sent across the country.
