The following witnesses offer their recommendations during the second part of the meeting: tax expert Brigitte Alepin, Carleton University professors Jennifer Robson and Frances Woolley, Clay Gillespie (Conference for Advanced Life Underwriting), and Andrea Mrozek (Institute of Marriage and Family Canada).
