The following witnesses present their perspectives: Laura Jones, executive vice-president of the Canadian Federation of Independent Business; , Shannon Coombs, president of the Canadian Consumer Specialty Products Association, Chris Aylward, national executive vice-president of the Public Service Alliance of Canada, Kendal Weber, a director general in the Department of Health, and Mike Beale, an assistant deputy minister with the Department of the Environment.
