Michael Kirby discusses the United Nations Commission of Inquiry's scathing report on widespread and systematic human rights abuses in North Korea. The retired Australian judge chaired the commission, which was created in 2013 and submitted its 400-page report to the U.N. Human Right's Council in 2014. The Commission heard from hundreds of witnesses and victims in public hearings and private interviews. (June 9, 2015)
