The committee resumes its study on the government's countries of focus for bilateral development assistance. The first panel is made up of Marlen Mondaca (director of international programs, Save the Children Canada), Mark Fryars (vice-president of program and technical services, Micronutrient Initiative) and Caroline Riseboro (president and CEO, Plan International Canada Inc.). A trio of academics then appear on the second panel: Aniket Bhushan (Carleton University), Shannon Kindornay (Carleton University, as an individual) and Benjamin Zyla (University of Ottawa, as an individual).
