Sport Minister Carla Qualtrough shares her views on the progress Canadian women and girls have made in sports, as well as her observations on the gender inequities that remain in sport that prevent women and girls from succeeding. The minister is a former two-time Paralympic swimmer who won three Paralympic and four World Championship medals. Boxer Mandy Bujold and long-distance runner Lanni Marchant then share their experiences with sport. Both athletes competed in the recent Rio Olympic Summer Games. (October 27, 2016)
