Small Business Minister Bardish Chagger briefs the committee on the CanExport Program. The new program was launched in January 2016 and will provide $50 million over five years to help Canadian small and medium-sized enterprises take advantage of global export opportunities. The minister also discusses other measures to educate and support SMEs seeking to take advantage of trade agreements. (February 16, 2017)
