Howe Institute); and Andy Manahan (executive director, Residential and Civil Construction Alliance of Ontario).
The second panel is comprised of David Macdonald (senior economist, Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives), Mark Romoff (president and CEO, Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships) and Matti Siemiatycki (associate professor, University of Toronto). (May 16, 2017)
