Finance Minister Bill Morneau defends his government’s tax policies and priorities, including the proposed tax reforms for small businesses. Also participating in the committee’s studies on Bill C-63, a budget implementation act, and the 2017-2018 supplementary estimates is Paul Rochon, deputy minister at the Department of Finance.
