The committee continues its study of the government’s legislation for national security reform, Bill C-59. Forming the first panel are Carleton University assistant professor Stephanie Carvin and Amnesty International Canada secretary general Alex Neve.

Forming the second panel are University of Ottawa’s professors Craig Forcese and Wesley Wark.
