Finance - April 23, 2018 - Part 2: Officials from the Office of the Parliamentary Budget Officer face questions over their economic and fiscal outlook report about higher short term deficits and the cost of a federal carbon tax. The report predicts that federal deficits will be $8 billion higher over the next two years and that a carbon tax could cut the GDP by $10 billion by 2022.
