Maclean’s magazine and CPAC present a panel discussion entitled “Our Democracy Is Broken: How Do We Fix It?,” Toronto, Ont., September 23, 2009.

CPAC’s Peter Van Dusen moderates a head-to-head debate between Andrew Coyne and Paul Wells of Maclean’s on the state of Canada’s democracy. Guest panelists also join in the discussion, including former NDP Leader Ed Broadbent, former prime minister’s chief of staff Eddie Goldenberg, author John Ralston Saul, and Conservative commentator Rick Anderson. After speaking, panellists take questions from audience members.
