Witness: Geoffrey O’Brien

The Commission hears testimony from Geoffrey O’Brien, an employee in various capacities with the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) since its creation in 1984. Under examination by Commission Lead Counsel Mark J. Freiman, Mr. O’Brien speaks about the creation of CSIS, its mandate, challenges facing the organization, and CSIS’s activities prior to and following the bombing of Air India flight 182.
