Commission of Inquiry into the Investigation of the Bombing of Air India Flight 182

Witness: Robert Wall

Robert Wall (a former member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)) continues to testify. Under direct examination by Commission Counsel Anil Kapoor, Mr. Wall describes his work with the Air India task force. Mr. Kapoor also asks the witness a number of specific questions about his knowledge of RCMP interviews with an individual identified as “Mr. A” and about the interest of the Canadian Security Intelligence Services (CSIS) in “Mr. A.” Norman Boxall (Counsel for the Air India Victims’ Families Association) and Charleen Brenzall (Counsel for the Attorney General of Canada) cross-examine Mr. Wall. Ms. Brenzall asks Mr. Wall to discuss the onerous duties of RCMP officers working on the Air India task force.
