Witnesses: William Blair, Steven Chabot, Patrick Morris, Pierre-Paul Pichette, Steve Sweeney

William Blair (Toronto Police Service), Steven Chabot (Quebec Provincial Police), Patrick Morris (Ontario Provincial Police), Pierre-Paul Pichette (Montreal Police Service), and Steve Sweeney (Vancouver Police Department) testify as a panel. Under direct examination by Commission Counsel Anil Kapoor, the witnesses speak about the relationship between local police forces and Integrated National Security Enforcement Teams (INSETs) and the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) with respect to the combating of terrorism. Norman Boxall (Counsel for the Air India Victims’ Families Association) cross-examines the witnesses and Mr. Kapoor asks some follow-up questions.
