This November 28, 2007, hearing in Montreal, Que., includes briefs and testimonials from Roxane de la Sablonnière (Université de Montréal), Samantha Lee Quinn (South Asian Women’s Community Centre), Marc Sougavinski (CSSS de la Montagne), and also from various citizens speaking as individuals.
